This weekend gave enough results to get a good view of type of schedules teams have played.
1. Stratford beat Friona 20-7 and has played a very tough schedule.
2. Canadian lost to AAA Perryton 51-35 and is 4-1 against a strong schedule.
3. Lovelady beat Franklin 33-14 and has kicked 4 AA schools and a couple will contend for the playoffs.
4. Wellington beat White Deer 40-6. The schedule may be too weak
5. Alto beat Grapeland 35-0 and played the most difficult schedule in class A.
6. Sunray beat Claredon 35-21 and could be a top five team.
7. Cayuga beat Carlisle 23-2. The yo-yo performances reminds me of Mart last year.
8. Boles beat Union Hill 61-20 and played a weak schedule.
9. Albany beat Anson 37-7…ditto on weak schedule
10. Seymour wins 54-13 over City View…schedule
11. New Deal big over Tahoka 58-6. I may be relying too much on their last few years. Their undefeated team could be better than 11th.
12. Itasca 34-0 over Axtell. The quality really drops after number 11.
13. Tenaha beat Beckville 52-21.
14. Goldthwaite beat Merkel 41-0
15. Maude beat Cumby 34-14
16. Mason beat Menard 48-21
17. Burton beat Granger 34-21
18. Shiner beat Palascios 43-0
19. Falls City 25-6 over Karnes City
20. Tie: Sundown beat Morton 40-0 and Stamford 40-16 over Windthorst
