If anyone had seen Cuero play against Llano, they could understand what i am about to say. That night the Gobblers were as good as most 5A schools. The team speed is incredible. Think about this, the 3rd leg of the sprint relay that won state, plays defensive end and fullback.

I really think that is wonderful, but they would not hold a candle to the backfield Atlanta put together in 2003, 4 backs all on the State Champion sprint relay, and yes they played defense. Eeker

Oh God,I have to say I...agree with you for once PP. Atlanta was an awsome team in 03. They were just as good in 02 as well. They sent us to the bball court. If we could have gotten past them we might have been to the State game 3 times in 4 years. They were good.

I can't wait for the Cuero and Bandera game. I think Bandera, being the underdogs, will come out on top. Watch out for George Reyes and Brandon Hicks!
